2 c fresh blueberries
1/2 c water
1/3 c splenda
2-3 tsp fresh lemon juice
Recipe
Combine 1 c blueberries in a med saucepan with water and splenda. Cook stirring, over med heat for 2-3 min or until splenda dissolves. Increase heat and bring to a boil; then reduce heat to a simmer and cook 15-20 min, stirring occasionally until berries are soft. Stir in the remaining 1 c blueberries and 2 tsp lemon juice. Cook 2-3 min until the fresh blueberries are softened. taste and add more lemon juice if necessary. Serve warm. Refrigerate up to 1 week, reheat before serving. Makes 2 cups.
