List of Ingredients
1/2 cup dry oatmeal
1/2 cup cottage cheese
3 egg whites and 1 whole egg
1 Tbsp splenda or 2 packets
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Recipe
Blend until smooth. Pour out on griddle making 2 large pancakes. Each pancake counts as a starchy carb, but believe me, with sugar free syrup and some butter spray, one is enough.
