List of Ingredients
2 c. ww flour
11/2tsp baking powder
1/2 r. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 t. allspice
1 tsp salt
1n egg
1/4 c oil
1/2 cup Splenda
1c grated zucchini
1/2c milk
Recipe
In a large bowl mix 1st 7 dry ingredients. Make a well in the center In a smaller bowl beat egg until frothy. Mix oil, Splenda, zucchini, and milk pour into well Stir only until moist. Batter will be very thick and lumpy. Fill
greased muffin pan Bake at 400 for 20 mins. Makes approx 12
