1 cup peanut butter
1 cup Splenda
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
In a bowl, stir all ingredients until combined. Shape level tablespoonfuls into balls. Place 2 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets, that are foil lined. Flatten with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 16-18 minutes or until set. Cool for 5 minutes; remove to wire rack. Yield: 24 cookies
