Peaches & Cream Dessert Casserole

1 1/2 cup Oats (not quick cooking)
1 1/2 cup diced fresh peaches
1/4 cup Splenda
3 eggs
2 1/2 t. vanilla
3 cups whole milk (use skim milk for less fat)
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350. Spray an 8x8 pan with nonstick spray. In one bowl, combine the oats, peaches and Splenda. In another, combine eggs, vanilla and milk. Stir milk mixture into peach mixture and pour into prepared pan. Bake 50 minutes. Serve with a scoop of no sugar added ice cream if desired
