Artichoke Dip

List of Ingredients
4 cans artichoke hearts
1 can green chilies (chopped fine, or food processed)
1 cup legal mayo
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
Smash artichokes or food processor until mushy Add green chilies, mayo, garlic and half the cheese mix all together top with the rest of cheese and bake at 250 for 1/2 hour then broil for a few minutes to brown cheese on top. (depending on where you live, or if you have gas or electric stove, just use your judgment, it needs to be heated through and then browned on the top) Serve with legal toasted breads or crackers and your set!!!! I often bring a legal appetizer to parties so I have something to eat that I like and that is keeping me away from the almighty chip table. Good eats!!!
