    Recipe Introduction


    OK...forget rice...or at least white rice...forget the fries too...we are going to enjoy a good, hearty meal with fish, beans and other stuff..it's YUMMY!!! Also a good recipe for people who eat on the go


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 fish sicks or fish fillets you can buy at the frozen department (please...less than 3 grams of sugar ones)
    • 1/2 can of the beans of your preference (watch the sugar too...it's amazing the amount of sugar people put into canned good...some beans come with 6gr of sugar...no...look for the low sugar, high fiber ones such as garbanzo beans)
    • 1/4 onions chopped
    • 1tea spoon of butter
    • Grate some cheese to top it with


    Instructions


    1. On a skillet (medium heat), melt the butter and grill the onions...set aside
    2. Get a microwavable container (if youare going to have it on the go) or a microwavale dish and put the 1/2 can of beans...set aside
    3. Bake the fish fingers according to the directions on the box
    4. When the fish is aboutto get done...mix the onions with the beans and microwave the mix if it's getting cold and you like it steaming hot :)
    5. Place the fish on top of the beans and onions and sprinkle it with cheese...it will melt...YUMMY!!
    6. ENJOY!
