List of Ingredients
1 packet fast-rising yeast
1 cup warm water
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
2.5 cups stone ground whole wheat flour
Recipe
Dissolve yeast in water, stir, and wait five minutes. Add oil and salt, then flour (a little at a time) and mix until dough forms. Cover with dishtowel and put in warm place for 10-15 minutes. Roll dough out onto pizza pan or stone, add your favorite toppings (I recommend Hunt's no sugar added spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, mozzarella, cheddar, and feta cheeses, and a sprinkle of crushed red pepper and Italian seasoning), then bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. It's wonderful!
