Skillet Upside Down Pizza

List of Ingredients
1/2 pound regular or hot sausage, cooked and drained
1 pound ground round burger, cooked and drained
1 medium onion, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 jar sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 cups of your favorite "legal" pasta or pizza sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 1/4 cups ww flour
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 c parmasean cheese, shredded
Recipe
In 10 or 10 1/2" skillet cook meats in small amount of olive oil, add veggies
and cook til tender. (I drained mine in colander after cooking and put back in
skillet) Stir in 1/2 tsp garlic salt, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp basil, 1 tsp
oregano, pepper to taste. Add sauce and stir til mixed. Sprinkle with cheese.
Beat eggs with fork, add milk and flour, oil and stir til smooth. Spread over
the top of cheese. Top with 1/4 c parmesan cheese (I used fresh shredded) Bake
in 400 degree oven for 25 minutes or til crust is golden brown. Let sit for 5
minutes and cut into 6 wedges.
Serves 6 (makes a big serving)
This is a great meal and very filling. You could serve a small salad on the
side.
NOTE: This is a versatile recipe. You could use chicken in place of burger,
ground turkey breast, just veggies, or add chopped pepperoni to veggies. The
crust was thin and crispy. The parmasean cheese made the crust really tasty.
Definitely need a fork with this pizza! ENJOY!
