    List of Ingredients





    12 ounces fresh cranberries
    1 cup Splenda
    1 cup water
    2 tablespoons orange zest{optional}

    Recipe



    -In a medium saucepan mix the water & Splenda, stir to dissolve.
    -Bring mixture to a boil, add the cleaned cranberries & return to a boil.
    -Reduce heat & boil gently for 10 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
    -Remove from heat, cool completely at room temperature.
    -Process in water bath canner if desired or freeze.
    Will keep in the fridge for quite awhile.
