Recipe Introduction
This makes a nice dipping sauce, especially for Sunday brunches. You can substitute a lowfat mayonnaise to reduce the fat content of this recipe.
List of Ingredients
1 large whole garlic head (or 2 smaller heads)
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
3/4 cup mayonnaise
Recipe
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Roast the garlic by first wrapping the head(s) in aluminum foil and then baking them for 40 minutes. Once the garlic has cooled, separate the skin from the cloves of garlic. Add the peeled garlic with the remaining ingredients and run it through a food processor until smooth. Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled
