    Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound ground beef
    • 1 cup chopped onion
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1/2 cup bisquick original baking mix
    • 1 cup milk
    • 2 eggs


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 400 degrees
    2. Grease 9 inch pie pan
    3. Cook ground beef and onion until beef is brown; drain
    4. Stir in salt
    5. Spread in pie pan and sprinkle with cheese
    6. Stir remaining ingredients with fork until blended
    7. Pour into pie pan
    8. Bake 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean
