    • 3/4 cup confectioner's sugar (powdered sugar)
    • 3 ounces cream cheese
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons milk
    • 1 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind or a squirt or two of lemon juice


    Instructions


    1. Work cream cheese and milk until soft
    2. Beat in sugar and lemon juice
    3. Spread on cake
