    Pumpkin Cake w/Cream Cheese Frosting

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups sugar
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 cup oil
    • 2 teaspoons baking soda
    • 1/2 teaspoons salt
    • 2 cups canned pumpkin
    • 2 teaspoons cinnamon


    Instructions


    1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Mix all cake ingredients, adding the pumpkin in last.
    3. Grease and flour a 9x12" pan
    4. Bake for 45 minutes.
    5. Let cool before applying the frosting
