    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound ground beef
    • 1/2 cup chopped onion
    • 1 package (1 1/4 ounce) taco seasoning mix
    • 1 can (15 ounce) tomato sauce
    • 1 can whole kernal corn, drained
    • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    • 2 cups bisquick
    • 1 cup milk
    • 2 eggs


    Instructions


    1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
    2. Cook ground beef and onion until beef is brown; drain
    3. Spoon into ungreased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
    4. Stir in taco seasoning mix (dry), tomato sauce, and corn
    5. Sprinkle with cheese
    6. Stir remaining ingredients until blended
    7. Pour over beef mixture
    8. Bake 35 minutes or until golden brown


    Final Comments


    Serve with sour cream, diced tomatoes and shredded lettuce if desired.
