List of Ingredients
- 3 pounds of chicken
- 2 quarts of water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Wash chicken; place in a large pot and cover with water.
- Add salt.
- Bring to a boil
- Reduce heat to medium and cook for about an hour or until tender.
- Remove chicken and let cool
- Allow broth to cool.
- Debone chicken and cut into bite size pieces.
- Place chicken back into pot
- Add pepper
