    • 1 tablespoon margarine or butter
    • 2/3 cup bisquick original baking mix
    • 1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
    • 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    • 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 pounds of cut-up broiler-fryer chicken


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 425 degrees.
    2. Melt margarine in 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
    3. Mix baking mix, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken.
    4. Place skin sides down in dish (dish and margarine should be hot.
    5. Bake 35 minutes; turn chicken.
    6. Bake about 15 minutes longer or until juice is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
