    • 6-8 slices firm white bread
    • 1 lb. mild sausage, cooked, and drained
    • 6 eggs
    • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
    • 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
    • 21/2 - 3 c milk
    • 1 c sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    • 1 c swiss cheese, grated


    Instructions


    1. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish. Trim crusts from bread & fit into bottom of dish. Distribute sausage over bread. Place eggs, mustard, worcestershire sauce, and milk in blender and blend well. Spread cheeses over sausage and cover with milk mixture. Cover and ref. overnight. Bake at 350 for 30 min. I usually have to cook mine longer. DO NOT use a soft textured bread.
