    1 loaf Italian bread
    4 Roma tomatoes
    1/2 cup black olives, sliced
    1 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
    1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Slice Italian bread lengthwise and place in the oven and allow to brown on the top. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Remove bread from the oven and spread tomato mixture over bread. Return bread to the oven for several minutes to warm and allow cheese to melt. Slice and serve. Italian bread works better with this recipe because it is generally wider than French bread. However, you could experiment with different types of bread to see which you prefer.
