2/3 C. hot pepper (jalapeño, habañero), finely minced
2 1/2 C. apple juice
2 T. vinegar
6 C. sugar
1 pkg. pectin
3/4 C. water
Recipe
Mix first four ingredients. Boil pectin and water for one minute. Stir all together until sugar is dissolved. Strain, and pour immediately into sterilized jars.
