Goat Cheese and Pesto Spread

List of Ingredients

6 oz. goat cheese
1 8-oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 7-oz. jar pesto sauce, drained
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley



Recipe

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape into a log or ball shape and chill for several hours. Serve with assorted crackers.
