Apple Crisp

Recipe Introduction
This is not the same recipe that is in my first set of dessert recipes. This one contains lemon juice, lemon zest, orange zest and pecans, which the other one does not. I just recently received this recipe from a co worker and like it much better than the other one.
List of Ingredients
Filling:
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
5 pounds cooking apples, peeled, cored and sliced
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Zest from one large lemon and one orange
Combine and toss to coat apples. Place in a lightly greased 4 quart baking dish.
Topping:
2 cups flour
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup granulated white sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup pecans, chopped
Combine flour, sugars, cinnamon and salt and mix well. Add butter and mix until mixture becomes clumpy, fold in pecans and sprinkle over apples. Bake at 375 for about one hour. Serve with ice cream.
