Wild Rice Pilaf

2 cups wild rice
2 cups chicken broth
1 onion, chopped
1 cup Chinese cabbage, chopped
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Saute onion, cabbage, celery and mushrooms in the oil until tender. Add rice and chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover. Cook for 40 - 45 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. This recipe is a great accompaniment for Chicken Cordon Bleu.(Available in 20+ Poultry Recipes)
