4 cups thinly sliced cabbage
2 cups julienned bell pepper
1/4 cup vinegar
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp celery seed
1/4 tsp pepper
Recipe
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
2. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
