    Seafood in Mushroom Cream Sauce

    List of Ingredients




    2 small pieces of sea bass, cubed (think it's less than 1/2 lb)
    1/4 lb of bay scallops
    1/4 lb of bay shrimp or larger shrimp cut into pieces
    1 can cream of mushroom soup or you can make a white sauce
    with cut-up mushrooms and spices of your choice.

    Optional: I add some garlic and or onion powder to everything..this recipe is no exception but flavor to your own tastes.

    Heat & toss sea bass, scallops & shrimp in butter. Add in can of mushroom soup and stir in while adding a little water
    so mixing is easy. Keep it relatively a thick sauce, not too
    runny. Cover and cook on low for 5 minutes.
    Serve over rice with a salad on the side.

    Serves 2
