Haven't tried this yet, but have wanted to find a recipe like it ever since I fell in love with the chokes n cheese at the Flatbanch Brewery in Columbia, Missouri.
1 14 oz.can artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
dash of garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and put into a shallow 9 inch pan. (Pie pan works fine).
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot. .................................
