Sugar and Nut Glazed Brie

1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts or pecans
1 tbls brandy
one 14oz round of brieRecipe
In a small bowl stir together the sugar, nuts and brandy. Cover and chill overnight. At serving time place Brie on a oven proof pie plate. Bake at 500 degrees for 5 mins. Spread sugar mixture on top of Brie and bake 3 mins longer or until sugar melts. Serve with fruit or crackers.
