    1 c vanilla wafer cookies, crushed
    1 c pecans, finely shopped
    1 � c powdered confectioner�s sugar
    2 T baker�s cocoa
    2 ounces Kentucky bourbon
    1 � T corn syrup

    Recipe



    Mix together dry ingredients, reserving � c of confectioner�s sugar. In a separate bowl, blend bourbon and corn syrup. Combine wet and dry liquids until well blended. Cover and chill for 2 hours.

    Spread remaining � cup of sugar into cookie sheet. Shape dough into balls and roll in sugar. Store in airtight container.
