3/4 cup catsup
1/4 cup chili sauce
1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
3 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 cup horseradish
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
Tobasco to taste
Salt and black pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Cover and chill. Keeps in the refrigerator for 2 weeks. Makes about 2 cups.
