Crabmeat Fritters

1 1/2 cup of Bisquick
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 cup of milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 packages of imitation crabmeat
Sift Bisquick and baking powder together into a medium bowl; set aside. Put milk, eggs and crabmeat into a blender container; cover and run over low speed (do not overblend). Stir crabmeat mixture into dry ingredients and stir well - mixture will be lumpy. Drop batter by rounded teaspoonfuls into deep fat heated to 370ºF. fry until fritters are golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Serves 4.
