Happy Hour Aritchoke Balls

1/4 cup Butter
1 small Onion, minced
1 15-ounce can Artichoke Hearts, drained & minced
1 clove Garlic, minced
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup Toasted Bread Crumbs
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Recipe
Melt butter, saut� onion, artichoke and garlic until onion is shiny. Remove from heat. Add cheese, salt and bread crumbs to mixture. Form into 3 to 4 dozen bite-sized balls. Bake at 300 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve hot.
In a bowl, add seasoned Italian bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, minced onion (or onion powder), salt, pepper, etc., just as you would prepare stuffing for Stuffed Artichokes. Drain the liquiod from a can of artichoke hearts. Finely chop the hearts and add them to the bowl. Mix ingredients thoroughly. If too dry, add a little olive oil or water. If too wet, add more breadcrumbs. Roll mixture, between your palms, into bite-sized balls. Place on a doily-covered tray.
