    1 medium pineapple, cubed
    2 cups sliced strawberries
    1/4 cup creme de menthe or
    1/4 teaspoon mint extract
    1 1/2 cups lime sherbet

    Garnish:
    6 fresh mint leaves or
    6 pieces crystallized mint leaves

    Recipe



    Combine fresh fruit and spoon into compotes. Sprinkle with creme de menthe or mint extract. Serve with small scoop (1/4 cup) of lime sherbet and garnish with a fresh mint leaf or with crystallized mint leaves. Note: You may substitute any other fruit you wish. Serves 6; 1/2 cup per serving.
