List of Ingredients
6 oz Portabella Mushrooms
Salt, to taste
White Pepper, to taste
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Lime, juice only
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 sm Shallot, chopped
1 ts Chopped Fresh Rosemary
1 ts Chopped Fresh Parsley
Recipe
Brush the mushrooms with olive oil and season with salt and white pepper
to taste. Broil for 4-6 minutes, until soft. Let cool.
Combine 3 oz. olive oil, lime juice, garlic, shallot, rosemary, and parsley
and pour over mushrooms. Marinate at least one hour in the mixture. Chill
thoroughly before serving.
