Roasted Red Peppers & Artichokes

1 loaf Crusty Bread (sliced on bias)
1 8oz. pkg. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/8 cup Olive Oil
1 tbls. minced Garlic
7 oz. jar Roasted Red Peppers
6 oz. can Artichoke Hearts (cut in cubes)
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. Onion Powder
Recipe
Cut the bread and put on a cookie sheet. Combine the olive oil and minced garlic, brush the garlic / oil mixture onto the bread. Add roasted red peppers, artichokes, mozzarella cheese and top with Parmesan cheese and onion powder. Broil for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts and is golden in color.
