    6 hard-cooked eggs, halved
    2 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    6 anchovy fillets, chopped (plus more for garnish)
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
    fresh dill sprigs and small piece (for garnish)

    In a small bowl, mash yolks with a fork. Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, chopped anchovies, lemon juice and dill.

    Garnish each with fresh dill sprigs and anchovy.
