8 flour tortillas
2 large containers whipped cream cheese
4 scallions, include tops, finely chopped
2 small cans sliced black olives
Recipe
Mix cream cheese until fluffy; add scallions and olives. With spatula, spread mixture over tortillas, roll up and wrap in plastic wrap to chill overnight.
Just before serving, slice tortilla logs into half inch piece.
Note: for flavor variation use alfalfa sprouts or chopped green chilies.
