2 (6 ounces) marinated artichoke hearts, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
8 onces cream cheese
1 cup grated Monetary Jack cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Recipe
Cut up artichoke hearts and combine with rest of ingredients. Heat in a 325 degree oven for 20 minutes or until hot. Keep warm and serve with crackers, Fritos or toast points.
