Baked Cheddar Olives

1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup flour
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
24 pimento stuffed olives (3 oz. jar)
Drain olives and pat dry.
Combine the cheese and butter in bowl. Add flour and cayenne and mix until well blended. Drop dough by Tbsp. onto wax paper. Put olive in the center of the dough and wrap dough around it covering it completely.
Bake on cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve warm. Recipe
