Feta Potato Wedges

2lbs. russet potatoes, sliced into wedges
1 1/2 T Olive Oil
2tsp oregano chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
Salt & pepper to taste
8oz Feta cheese (crumbled)
Recipe
Preheat a baking sheet 400 degree oven
toss potatoes with oil, garlic, oregano, S&P
Spread the potatoes in a single layer
roast potatoes until brown about 15 mins
flip and roast another 15 mins until brown on that side
sprinkle feta on wedges before serving
