    2 oz Cheddar Cheese
    2 oz Cream Cheese
    4 dr Liquid Pepper Seasoning
    1/2 c Dried Apples, chopped
    1/3 c Dried Apricots, chopped
    1/4 c Dried Pineapple, chopped
    1/2 c Chopped Parsley

    Recipe



    Beat together cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and red-pepper seasoning in a
    small bowl until blended, about 1 minute.

    Stir in dried apple, apricot, and pineapple with wooden spoon. Using 1
    level measuring tablespoon, form mixture into balls, rolling between
    palms. Roll balls in chopped parsley.

    May be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container.
