    1 (7 oz.) jar whole green olives
    3 cloves garlic, whole
    12 whole black peppercorns
    2 teaspoons pimiento, drained and chopped
    1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    Distilled vinegar to cover (white wine or champagne vinegar would also be good.)

    Recipe



    Put all ingredients in jar, cover with vinegar, cover with tight fitting lid, and refrigerate 1-2 weeks.

    Note from source: I am crazy about these olive. They are hard to find in stores - they usually are in "specialty" shops. One year, I bought a bottle, copied down all the ingredients on the jar and "made my own". They are quite good, and made great Christmas gifts that year. Enjoy
