    1/2 pound of Velveeta cheese
    1 stick of butter
    1/2 teaspoon of salt
    1 pound of lobster meat
    1 loaf sliced bread

    Melt the cheese and butter in double boiler; stir until smooth. Stir in salt and lobster meat. Remove crusts from bread. Place slices between waxed paper; roll out thin with rolling pin. Place generous amount of lobster mixture on each bread slice. Roll up each slice; wrap in waxed paper. Freeze overnight. Remove from freezer when ready to serve. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350�F. for 10 to 12 minutes. Rolls may be cut into bits or bite-sized pieces and served with toothpicks. Yield: 30 slices.
