6 pounds mushrooms
1 bottle burgundy wine
1 pound butter
1-1/2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dill seed
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups boiling water
4 beef bouillon cubes
4 chicken bouillon cubes
Recipe
Combine all ingredients. Simmer covered for 5-1/2 hours. Cook uncovered for 4 hours until liquid just covers mushrooms.
