One pound ground beef
Prepared Salsa
Two tablespoons cumin powder
Sliced ripe olives
One package sour cream or cheddar cheese
Few sprigs chopped, fresh cilantro
Cook ground beef seasoned with ground cumin until brown, drain off fat. Add enough salsa to hold meat together, top with sliced ripe olives, cilantro and a little dollop of sour cream or cheddar cheese. Serve with Tortilla chips. Recipe
