List of Ingredients
Makes 12 halves
6 eggs
3 Tbps. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. pickle relish
2 tsps. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. olives, chopped
1 tsp. salt
Pimento strips
Hardboil eggs. Drain, cool with running cold water; peel.
Cut into halves. Remove yolks. Mash yolks with a fork
and combine with remaining ingredients, except pimento.
Place filling in whites. Decorate like footballs by
putting one pimento strip lengthwise and two crosswise
across top of each egg half.
