List of Ingredients
1 pound deli roast pork or ham, thinly sliced
1 tub (8 ounces) Garden Vegetable soft cream cheese*
4 large (10 inch) flour tortillas
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
4 leaves green leaf lettuce
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon seasoned salt
Spread cream cheese evenly over one side of each tortilla; top with cheese. Layer roast pork or ham and lettuce leaves. Leave 1/2-inch border around edge. Roll up tightly, wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
To serve, cut each roll in slices 1/2 inch to 1 inch thick. (4 tortillas make approximately 32 slices.)
*Make your own spread by combining one package (8 ounces) reduced fat cream cheese with one teaspoon garden herb seasoning or 1 tablespoon & 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
Serving Suggestions
Pork roast from the deli is perfect for these wraps. Have it sliced very thinly or shaved. These pinwheels are even better when made one day ahead to allow flavors to blend together.
