1/2 lbs ground beef
1 (3 ounce) package Roquefort cheese, crumbled
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup Burgundy wineRecipe
1. Combine the beef, cheese, and seasonings; mix well.
2. Shape into balls and brown in butter, turning to brown all sides.
3. Add the wine and cover.
4. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
Makes 72 meat balls
