Spicy Beef Cheese Ball

16 oz soft tub cream cheese (not whipped)
1/2 small onion, minced
1 jar dried beef, finely chopped
picked jalapenos to taste, finely chopped
Recipe
Bring cream cheese to room temperature (if using block cream cheese, add 1 TBS milk to soften). Put in mixing bowl with onion, jalapenos, and 1/2 chopped beef. Mix well with electric mixer. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up. Shape into a ball and roll in the remaining 1/2 of the beef. Chill at least 1 hour, but preferably overnight to allow flavors to blend. Serve along with crackers or veggies.
