4 tbls. butter or margarine, melted
3 eggs
l cup all-purpose flour
l cup milk
l tsp. salt
l tsp. baking powder
l lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well.


Recipe



Pour melted margarine or butter into a 13-9-2 baking dish. In large bowl, beat eggs. Add flour, milk, salt and baking powder, mixing well. Add cheese and spinach. Pour all into prepared dish and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool 45 minutes and cut into small squares.
