25-30 cherry tomatoes
1 lb bacon � divided, crisp, crumbled
3 oz cream cheese (onion and chives)
1/4 c mayo
1/2 c sour cream
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
3T c parm cheese (optional)


Recipe



Cut tops off tomatoes, scoop out insides and turn upside down to drain.
Combine mayonnaise and cream cheese, sour cream, and onion powder, add � the bacon.
Stuff tomatoes with mayonnaise mixture (I nuke it for a little to soften for stuffing). Top with bacon pieces and parsley.
